- Responsible for operations within the restaurant.
- Direct Supervision of shift operations.
- Responsible for assuring the highest standards or quality, customer service, and leadership abilities.
- In-store marketing and sales building, community and public relations, store staffing and retention.
- Responsible for profit and loss, projections, analysis and control.
