Our Client is seeking candidates with excellent customer service and PC skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. This position is very fast-paced call center and candidates should expect to receive anywhere between 60-70 inbound calls a day from clients looking for assistance with their Health & Benefit enrollments. No prior knowledge of this industry is required as there will be onsite, paid training for chosen candidates. The hourly rate for this job starts at $14.

Requirements:
- Customer service focused and ability to learn and work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong PC skills

Very structured schedule, with some flexibility as shifts range from 8am-9pm (example: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm & 12pm - 9pm).

Working hours: Multiple Shifts Available!

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and relevant industry or customer service background
Access to a vehicle as this position is NOT MBTA accessible
Professionalism is very important
