About this job
The position is overnight from 11pm until 7am. The shift is primarily Friday and Saturday night. There are opportunities to pick up shifts other days throughout the week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Checking guests in, answering phones, payroll responsibilities, inputting data, light cleaning, laundry, setting up breakfast, checking guests out, answering questions about local area, making reservations, solving billing issues.
Excel experienced is preferred. No hotel experience necessary. Must have customer service experience.
