About this job
The person filling this position is the first person clients meet when calling or visiting SNIFFERS. Client care representatives are responsible for answering phones, giving tours, checking-in and checking-out guests, creating reservations, invoices and taking payments. Client Care Representatives must also learn skills in canine husbandry and behavior in order to properly care for our canine guests. Qualified applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be computer savvy and a multi-tasker. This person must possess a neat appearance and be an outgoing person who can juggle many balls in the air at once. As with all our positions dependability, punctuality and good attendance are a must.
