The Bar Manager is in charge of overseeing ALL bar functions to include; inventory, ordering, scheduling, training, and overall management of the bar operations to ensure excellent customer service, high quality food, staff development, food safety, bar cleanliness, visual and operational standards , and maximum profitability.
Maintain communication and acts as a liaison between the team and General Manager. The Bar Manager also provides a positive focus on the culture and values: high quality food, excellent customer service, and a family friendly atmosphere within the restaurant.
Responsible for building a strong team through hiring, training, developing strong team members, providing clear, consistent direction, and recognizing individual and team contributions. Also work with other management staff to drive internal and external marketing and concepts.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of BAR management experience
- Highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
