Randstad, one of the largest staffing firms Internationally for Office and Administrative Support roles, is looking for a entry level bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service representative for one of our large clients in Hayward, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers and field inspectors
- Submits services requests in
- Follow up with vendors to make sure they were serviced within 24 hours
- Communicates with customers to ensure entry is granted for field inspectors
- Ensures that all required paperwork is accurate and complete
- Assists with scheduling of field inspectors when needed
Working hours: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 10:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or guest services is strongly preferred. S
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
General Information:
- Temporary
- $12.50/hour
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; 10:00AM-6:30PM
