Which Wich® Superior Sandwiches is an innovative yet simple concept that focuses on the “wich,” a customizable sandwich available in . To ensure each sandwich fits the guest’s exact specifications, founder created a revolutionary system that simplifies the ordering process—thereby creating greater efficiency, customer satisfaction, and, ultimately, brand loyalty. We sell superior sandwiches and service, in the form of vibe.

Which Wich is committed to creating the best sandwiches available. We offer of customizable “wiches,” from the signature The Wicked®, loaded with five meats and three cheeses, to unique items such as Thank You Turkey®, with stuffing and cranberry sauce. The Which Wich menu also includes plenty of vegetarian options and several healthy wiches for less than 400 calories each. Even the extras are held to high standards: signature house chips, hand-dipped shakes, and just-out-of-the-oven cookies are as superior as the sandwiches.

Which Wich is also known for its creative ordering system. Guests use red Sharpies® to mark up pre-printed menus on sandwich bags. They select a sandwich from one of 10 categories, then choose the size, type of bread, cheese, spreads, and vegetables. The sandwiches are prepared to guests’ exact specifications and delivered in personalized sandwich bags. After they’ve enjoyed their wiches, guests are encouraged to draw on their bags with the same red Sharpies and hang their “artwork” on the community wall.

A qualified applicant must have extremely good customer service skills meaning you must know how to smile and show our customers that "You Care" each and every day.

Job Requirements:

1. Be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
2. Be able to frequently perform math calculations sufficient enough to make correct change, complete required paperwork and properly check-in and account for merchandise delivered by vendors.
3. Have sufficient vision or corrected vision, to check identification, and do necessary paperwork.
4. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, carrying cases of products, changing bag in box soda.
5. Be able to frequently sweep and mop floors parking lot areas, lift and carry out trash containers to place in dumpster.
6. Be able to frequently enter and work in walk-in cooler or freezer.
7. Be able to occasionally climb a ladder to clean windows and change air conditioner vents.
8. Be able to constantly stand for long periods of time without sitting.
9. Be able to frequently read weight scales to ensure proper recipes are adhered to.
10. Be able to constantly work in a fast paced environment.
11. Be able to operate oven in baking food products.
12. Be able to constantly work in an environment were hot ovens and heat boxes are utilized.
13. Be able to frequently use sharp items of equipment safely and within established safety guidelines (i.e. knifes and food slicing equipment).
