We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Director of Training & Development.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements
Director of Training & Development
Performs responsible and complex administrative work in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing statewide training programs and services; develops and evaluates training methodology and curriculum content; represents employee interests in consultation with Chick-Fil-A. Performs related duties as assigned. May supervise support staff.
You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
