Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring a 2nd shift CNC Set-Up Technician for a valued client in Madison. This is a full time temp-to-hire opportunity. Please send resumes to briana.walsh@remedystaff.com
Responsibilities:
- Setup and Operate CNC Lathes and Mills
- Set up the necessary gauging
- Perform 1st piece inspection and documentation
- Troubleshoot machines
- Create written documentation of setups
- Perform tool changes on CNC machines
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Machine Tool preferred
- Knowledge of G and M codes
- Knowledge of Solidworks or CAD is preferred
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
- Proficient in Trigonometry
