Store hours are: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. The Sales Associate main responsibility is to assist customers to maximize sales opportunity. Responsibilities include: • Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt and courteous service. • Inform customers of current promotions. • Offer product suggestions in an attempt to up-sell products. • Ensure stock is kept full at all times. • Ensure resets and plan-o-grams are executed as directed. • Proper understanding of inventory control. • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the store. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three-months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Beauty Industry Experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer’s relationships. • Computer literate.
