Electronic Components Production Supervisor - Full-time

Coworx Staffing Service has partner with a leading provider of end-to-end wireless asset management solutions, and is offering a great opportunity for a temporary Production Supervisor.

The position is a temporary position for 6 to 9 months maybe longer.

The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management (physical counts, cycle counting, and inventory transactions), familiarity with electronic components, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. He/she will be part of the Operations team, and will report directly to the Director of Quality.


Job Requirements

Prepare master production schedule to meet required delivery dates
Manage all production
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Plan and release production work orders and execute BOM transactions
Interface with Project Managers to ensure order accuracy and resolution of order fulfillment issues
Input return material updates into CRM system
Work with Purchasing Manager to maintain adequate inventory levels




Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision
Thorough understanding of production planning and inventory management
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; experience with Oracle Financials highly desired
PC end user computer skills: proficient with MS-Office Product Suite
Knowledge of electronic products and components
5+ years of manufacturing, production, and supervisory experience
Effective written and oral communication skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
