Job Description

• Assembling, installing, or maintain solar photovoltaic systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules

• Completing labor intensive work in extreme weather conditions (hot/cold/wet) in remote, dusty areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year recent work experience with solid verifiable references in the Solar, Roofing, or Electrical field

• Proper documentation to prove work eligibility in the US

• Reliable transportation

• Drug test is required

• Dependable, reliable and able to commit for the duration of jobs


Required tools:

· Small tool bag (suggested)

· Tool belt and bags

· Wire Strippers (insulated recommended)

· 10” or 12” tongue and groove pliers (2 pairs- Channellock brand recommended)

· 6” handle – pliers (long nose and dykes) spadehead

· Utility Knife (2 suggested – one large for cutting comp shingle)

· 3/8 Ratchet

· Std 3/8 deep socket set (7/16”, ½”, 9/16”)

· 5/16 Nut Setter (1/4” hex shank)

· 6” handle – crescent wrench

· Std open end box wrench set 3/8” to ¾”

· Claw Hammer

· 10 in 1 Screwdriver (Klein)

· 3/16” bladed screwdriver (shorty)

· Speed Square

· 30' Tape Measure (fatty)

· Wonderbar/Prybar

· Tin snips

· Hex Key set (SAE 1/64” to 5/16”)

· 3/16 SAE T-HEX Tool (for installer)
