Randstad is currently seeking a front desk Administrative Assistant for our client, a successful family owned pharmaceutical company, here in Midtown Manhattan! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity within a smaller office setting.

Duties include:

-First point of contact for all visitors entering office, as well as fielding incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
-Work closely with the CFO and CEO of the organization to assist in domestic travel arrangements, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, processing expense reports via Excel, and managing calendars for the CEO and CFO on as needed basis.
-Coordinate client lunches and meetings for CFO and CEO on as needed basis.
-Stock kitchen supplies, office supplies and organize paper files as needed.

Working hours: 8:30AM-05:30 PM
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 + benefits

Working hours: 08:30AM-05:30PM

-Bachelors Degree required
-Experience working in pharmaceutical setting is preferred but not required
-Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
-Ability to proactively work on projects while maintaining front desk responsibilities
