The Assistant Manager assists with the day-to-day operation of the store including supervising, training and developing Sales Associates, operating cash register and ensuring prompt and courteous customer service, cleaning, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures, assisting with merchandising, bookwork and fostering a positive store culture.

Requirements
Qualified candidates possess good communication and math skills, minimum of 1 year related experience in a fast-paced retail or convenience store setting and a high school education or equivalent. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and available for third shift hours including some weekends and holidays.
