NAPA AUTO PARTS Counter Salespeople are the backbone of our business, delivering excellent customer service and knowledge to our long standing customers.  Our Know How is the reason our customers continue to come back, and we depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality and service. 

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers (telephone and walk-in shoppers) 
• Must have working knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Must be able to look up parts applications for products in an extensive cataloging system
• Must effectively understand and communicate NAPA product information, performance standards and  warranties
• Ability to operate TAMS point-of-sale invoicing, cash register and telephone
• Ability to secure parts for customers
• Must maintain professional attitude, conduct and appearance 

 ASE certifications preferred but not required. Must be comfortable working with computers and have strong telephone and communication skills along with the ability to work well in a fast paced multitasking environment.
