Randstad is actively recruiting for an HR/Accounting Administrative Assistant for a part time, permanent role.

This is a part time position that will consist of 4 hours per day, 4 days a week. Monday and Friday are mandatory. The other two days can vary. This position is not eligible for our benefits. It is a non-exempt position. This position will report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Working with the HR/Payroll person this position will assist in coding and uploading benefits funding.
- Coding invoices for dental, medical, vision, etc. to give to Accounting for payment.
- Sorting daily mail, filing, shredding
- Working with ADP HRB HRIS system will pull data for various reports
- Working with Accounting this position will record manual payments
- Scan documents
- Perform spreadsheet maintenance
- Perform daily mail distribution
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and/or the Accounting Manager

Working hours: 4 hours, 4 days per week. Total of 16 hours. Monday and Friday are mandatory, the other two days can be flexible.

Requirements:

2 - 4 years experience working in an office environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Previous Accounts Payable experience a plus
Working knowledge of HRIS
Knowledge of ADP HRB a definite plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with confidential information is crucial
