The Director of HEDIS Operations will be responsible for managing and leading the HEDIS and HQPAF Operation.  The Director will be responsible for setting the operational strategy and MBOs to exceed client and program expectations. 


Other responsibilities will include:

 

Support, contribute to and facilitate the identification/prioritization of business/process solutions.

Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies.

Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking.

Accountability for the performance of projects in a large, highly matrixed environment.

Accountability for meeting and exceeding client and program SLAs.

Will manage the HEDIS abstraction operation

 

 

The Director of HEDIS Operations will be located in Franklin, Tennessee.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.

At least 5 years of experience in a role driving and supporting projects in a large organization.

Vendor or Health Plan experience is required

At least 5 years HEDIS experience

Experience managing HEDIS audits a requirement

Must understand the end-to-end HEDIS abstraction, data submission, audit and payment lifecycle

STARS experience is preferred

Experience running an operation required.  This person will have 100+ people in their reporting structure

Experience with capacity planning, production management and analytical reporting required

Ability to work in a matrix environment

Must be able to educate and influence others by articulating HEDIS outcomes and its effect on downstream payment

Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction.

Demonstrated ability leading and delivering high quality, and client communication.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint REQUIRED; Visio & SharePoint assets.

Familiarity with analysis and program management tools/approaches (e.g., RACI, SIPOC, Six Sigma).

Familiarity with financial analysis; comfort with P&L
