Job Description
- Assign and delegate tasks and work schedules
- Consistently follow up, mentor and motivate a team of 7-10 employees
- Communicate and manage a diverse team
- Train or coordinate training for new employees
- Ensure the safety of all workers by enforcing safety regulations
Job Requirements
- 2 years minimum verifiable manager experience
- Experience managing 6+ staff members
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Ideal Candidates
- Hands on management and daily check/to do lists ensuring team is meeting quotas experience preferred
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility a plus
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $13-15 hour
Shift/Hours: 2nd shift 4pm-midnight
