1st and 2nd Shift Temp to Hire Opportunities
Working with lower level and upper level technicians to effectively meet and exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.
Perform intricate hand assembly and soldering operations under a microscope.

Job Requirements

Must have basic knowledge of how to set up and operate workstations, perform visual and dimensional inspections.
Previous assembly skills in electro mechanical field.
Proficient in set-up and loading component materials into product specific tools.
Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
Read and follow process control documents, work instructions, standard operating procedures.
Working knowledge of drawings interpret nomenclature and dimensions.
Perform in process inspections with or without microscopes, specific dies or gauges, verniers, and micrometers.
Ability to perform basic workstations set up and troubleshooting tasks.

• H.S. diploma/ G.E.D
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge and understanding of
• Strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Good work history
• Good attendance record
