Client Services Associate

CoWorx Staffing is actively searching for candidates to work in a Client Services Associate Role for one of their premier clients in Danbury, CT.

Qualified candidates will support the relocation process by being assigned to a consultant and/or consultants who will be the primary contact to handle the authorized services for the relocating employees of clients assigned.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Service Status Maintenance and key assignment dates

Scheduling Welcome Calls

Completing Work orders

Customer Follow-up for documentation needed

Post documents

Provide administrative help to consultant both domestic and international

Management of operational client reports

Service Work Order submission

Expense Report research and resolution

Monthly rent spreadsheet management
