We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to work for our client in Stony Brook! This is a long term temporary position that offers a great opportunity to gain administrative experience working for a large and reputable company. We offer great benefits, a warm work environment, and a starting salary of between $10 and $13 per hour. Hours are from Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job duties include:
-Providing administrative support
-Answering phones and directing to the proper individual
-Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, etc
-Maintaining files and office supplies

Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred)
- 1 year of experience working in an professional enviornment
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office software experience required.
- Superior written and oral communication skills are a must
- Professionalism, dependability and ability to adapt to an every changing business climate.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
