Case Manager / Social Worker & CNA - Full-time / Part-time

We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located in West Chicago, IL, specializing in psychiatric treatment for the chronic mentally ill population, as well as providing skilled care for our geriatric and medical-based residents. We are currently looking to fill Social Work, Business Office Manager, and CNA positions. SOCIAL WORKER: We are looking for a qualified individual with at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field to join our Social Service team. Prior experience preferred, but not required, however comfort with individuals who are in need of mental, emotional, and behavioral assistance would be beneficial. Job duties for the Social Work position will include: -Case management -Individual and group therapy -Crisis management -Supportive counseling -Recreational activity assistance BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER: We are looking for a qualified individual with at least a high school diploma to work as a Business Office Manager. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Background in Medicare/Medicaid a plus. Job duties for the Business Office Manager position will include: -Accounts receivable -Accounts payable -Payroll -Collections -Human Resources CNA: We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant. Prior experience preferred, but not required.
