The adidas Brand Ambassador (ABA) is responsible to provide support for the adidas in-store brand experience - to achieve sales goals through excellence in sales, provide enhanced customer service through superior customer engagement and product management through directed merchandising presentation execution. The areas the ABA is expected to provide customer service and merchandising support to adidas product throughout the store are:· Apparel· Footwear· Accessories· EquipmentSelling – Customer Service · Provide a high level of customer service within Adidas areas during peak hours of operation· Ensure DSG customer service philosophy and expectations are achieved and lead by example, which may include performing other store duties from time to time· No project is as important as the customer; be alert for selling opportunitiesMerchandising – Management of adidas Product Line· Ensures product is processed, merchandised and maintained to company standards· Execute merchandising to direction – placement and flow· Implement seasonal initiative plans – Install brand initiative elements · Lead seasonal and shop transitions; identify shop/fixture maintenance needsCommunication & Training· Communicate information as needed to store management, corporate office, and adidas· Coordinate distribution of seasonal product information and tools to sales associates; ensure associates have product, technology and brand initiative information to drive sales· Periodically assist with local adidas shop installations and upgrades Experience· 2 - 4 years retail sales experience or college degree in lieu of experience; management experience preferred · Merchandising experience preferred or a genuine interest and passion for visual presentation· Comfortable with customer interaction· High school diploma or equivalent required Spokesperson for the Brand· Familiar with adidas products and willingness to learn adidas product information· Enthusiastic to work as a in-store representative of adidas· High energy level and positive attitudeBring your passion for sports to Dick’s Sporting Goods and enjoy:· Competitive Pay· Flexible Schedules · Associate Discounto Does not apply to seasonal/temporary positionsFor complete details on our benefits offerings, please visit the “” of our career site.
