Job Duties:
To promote, quote, and accept new business within the defined product offering and pricing guidelines of the Company. Coordinate with the Customer, Growth Teams, Regional Sales Managers, and various departments within the Company to ensure customer satisfaction is maximized.

Primary Responsibilities

Request For Quotes (RFQ)
Receive and process all RFQs following the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
Sales Orders
Receive, review, and accept customer purchase orders in accordance with Company procedures
Phone Calls
Answer incoming customer phone calls and personally address the caller's request(s), involve other Company personnel as needed, or transfer the call to the appropriate individual, in that order.
General Responsibilities
Communications
Practice professional and proper telephone etiquette at all times. Utilize exceptional grammar, spelling, and computer skills for general business correspondence, electronic or otherwise. Maintain ongoing discretion with company confidential information such as cost and pricing data, organization, internal documents, etc. Provide timely and responsive information to customers and other company personnel. May be required to attend meetings at customer locations or other out of office functions as needed.
Sales Leads
Support Growth team Sales and Sales Managers with leads and opportunities as required. Includes, but is not limited to, quoting, order entry, and general communications.
Administration
Administer quotes and orders, process orders from customers, proved the company with consistent Customer Feedback and assist in projects that promote growth and make process improvements. Record RFQs and Sales Orders in accordance with the procedures and guidelines for the company. Provide back-up assistance to other team members as needed. Interface with other departments to assure customer satisfaction at the highest level possible.

Working hours: 8AM TO 5PM
