About this job
Our customer has an immediate opening for an injection molding machine operator. This is a small, family owned manufacturing company with over 30 years in the business! They specialize in manufacturing components used in several industries. This is a definate permanent opening! Hours are 6am to 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday.
The position would start out as an assistant to a current molder, trimming parts coming out of the mold and learning the process.
- Stretch wrapping/banding pallets of finished goods
- Packing finished goods, including labeling, weighing, and preparing paper work.
- Pressing inserts into parts
- Assist in handling 550 gallon drums
Will be doing bench/assembly work applying finishing procedures to product.
Must have great deterity as our talent will be using hand tools, sand paper.
Very detailed, repetitive work, doing trimming as well.
Will also be responsible for assembly work
Will be trained on Molding machines
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of machine operation experience
Working hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm
