About this job
Customer Service representative offers our services speaking to potential customers and leads over the phone.
Works with other sales representatives and acts as the liaison between companies and customers.
Responsibilites:
-Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone
-Phone performing duties such as answering customer's question, resolving problems, informing customers about services and prices.
-Provides price quotations for local, long distance and storage
-Respond to inbound inquiries
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
Qualifications:
-Previous customer service experience
-Confidence and excellent communication skills both written and oral
-Previous experience in residential moving is ideal
-Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
-Team Player
-Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
