Job Description: 
As an Assistant Manager we are looking for people with 5+ years of manager experience who are skilled in achieving objectives that are set out for them. Our Assistant Managers help run shifts, participate as a mentor in our mentorship program, and help to create the best guest experience that we can provide for our guests. 

Job Requirements: 
Minimum Age: 21+
5+ years of manager experience
Preform facility opening and closing procedures
Maintain the flow of satisfied guests
Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees
Work with all staff to accomplish goals
You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills. 
You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
You must also be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus. 
Candidates must be available to work all USC Football Home Games
