Patient Services Assistant (part-time)

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time, temp-to-perm Patient Services Assistant opportunity at a local hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. **For immediate consideration for this position, please email your resume to csrsupport@manpowermi.com, then call Liana at 734.665.3757 ext: 139.** Responsibilities: * Answer multiple phone lines. * Create new patient charts for admissions and close charts for discharges. * Provide excellent customer service to doctors, nurses, patient families, etc. * Enter data on a web-based system. * Page clinical staff and order products on request. Qualifications: * Demonstrated customer service experience. * Open availability on ALL days of the week for scheduling purposes. * Ability to learn new computer programs. * Ability to work part-time for long-term/temp-to-perm. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of multi-tasking. * Desire to begin/continue a career in health care.
