Fax, File, Mail Clerk - IMMEDIATE OPENING Are you looking for a terrific entry level mail clerk position that offers room to grow? In this position, you will be doing a variety of tasks including: *Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers *Processing and distributing incoming paper and electronic mail, as well as processing outgoing mail *Prepare, scan and index all forms of electronic mail room using machinery and imaging systems *Process shipping, receiving and deliveries *Monitor and analyze image system queues for system for system and user problems *Assemble policy paperwork, including billing for mailing You'll be working Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 - so you'll be able to enjoy your weekends!
