Job Description: Interact with customers via telephone and assist customers with roadside assistance related issues. Dispatch appropriate services according to circumstances. Work Environment & Dress Code: Call Center, sitting for 8+ hours. Business casual dress code. Days & Hours: Various full time shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 40 hours per week/5 days per week.
