Inside Sales

The inside sales associate coordinates customer ordering and production scheduling while maintaining close communications with customers and the Sales/production/purchasing departments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met on a timely basis. Enter and acknowledge customer purchase orders and verify contract review. Respond in a timely professional manner to all customer scheduling requests, release manufacturing orders and prints to production in an accurate and timely fashion, coordinate production scheduling, maintain inventory control over finished goods inventory.
