Position Overview
Looking for a hard-working assistant to work alongside the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Salesteam in delivering the ‘Mighty Promise’ of quality parts and services to our various customers. This is primarily a clerical position that entails a "little bit of everything" where a team-minded person can enjoy the flexibility and casual environment of a small office and warehouse.
Primary Job Functions
Accounts Receivable entries
Bank and post office errands
Data Entry of payment information
End of Week Reports
Credit Card processing
Email scans & communications
Collections worksheets
QuickBooks entries
Handling incoming calls
Sales and Use Tax Certificates
Additional Job Functions
Completes all paperwork required for the position in the prescribed/requested time
Filing, record-keeping
Maintenance of office machines, i.e. paper, toner, cartridges, etc.
Ordering office supplies as needed
Requirements
Ability to speak professionally and courteously while taking accurate information via phone from our customers and salesteam
Clerical skills to include, but not limited to, note-taking and distribution of information
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with computers, fax machines, scanners, and/or ability to learn quickly
Flexibility in work schedule
Performs any other duties as required by the Operations and Office Manager

Personal organization and tidiness
Computer literacy
Ability to get started and work independently when necessary
Ability to respectfully get along with a wide range of people, including customers, vendors and teammates
