This position will sit in our Pitney Bowes Digital Commercebusiness unit, which provides global software solutions, data, and services to help customers gain greater competitive advantage and enhanced decision-making abilities through an array of offerings in Communications Management, Customer Analytics, and Location Intelligence. Pitney Bowes Software was created through key acquisitions of MapInfo, Group 1, and most recently Portrait Software. We are currently seeking a Senior Value Advisor. This position will work remotely from a home office.

As a member of the virtual account team, the Senior Value Advisor contributes to the value selling process by conducting client interviews, building out of the quantifiable business case and articulates the overall business value that the PB solutions enable through implementation. Proposal definition includes,TCO and ROI analysis, Risk Management and Strategic Operations improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for overall business case of the PB solution proposal.
  • Work with sales teams, partner organizations and other groups to create revenue growth opportunities.
  • Develop and leverage a repository of key performance indicators, business benefits and benchmarks to develop comprehensive sales value-based selling programs.
  • Leads client interviews regarding financial and operational metrics.
  • Responsible for building out the entire business case with quantifiable metrics, change management requirements as well as project execution requirements.

Qualification


Required Qualifications:
  • Senior level business executive with 10+ years in software, finance and, or consulting experience.
  • Good understanding of IT enablers upon business operations.
  • Financial modeling and business case development.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence.
  • Deep understanding of financial and operational metrics in one or more Vertical Industries.
  • Expert computer skills, using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.
  • Fully conversational in financial statements, and business case metrics.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Digital commerce, CRM and, or BI experience.
  • Knowledge of collection, analysis, and reporting of statistical data.
  • MBA and, or CPA preferred.
