We are seeking to fill multiple openings for CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS and key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Promptly acknowledging customers by greeting them as they enter the wash location. • Presenting options based on customers expressed needs in caring for their vehicle. • Properly invoicing customers based on the services performed. • Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance goals and standards. • Effectively addressing customer complaints and/or concerns. • Functioning as an effective team member and provide front-line customer service. • Providing customers with explanation of the services being performed on their vehicles. • Delivering an exceptional experience by educating customers on the service benefits. • Directing customers to the appropriate area once they exit the vehicle. • Balancing cash drawers at the completion of each shift and preparing deposits.
