About this job

Is a Full Time position at our Marietta Branch that service the metro Atlanta market. This new position serves as primary point of contact office management, human resources functions, sales orders, customer assistance with plant availability, pricing, applications and overall sales support functions and closure of sales. Duties will include receiving, entering in the system quote orders and processing sales order, to include dispatch ship documents, and load plan. Answering incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate person. Assist with closing the store at end of business each day. Create, print, and deliver all driver paperwork required for orderly delivery. Keep sales office organized, clean and presentable for our customer base. Use of POS system, and IREN system to look up pricing. Provide assistance to the sales force to promote sales and maintain relationships. Maintain up to date records on customer. Process customer payments, handles all deposits and balance end of day reporting. Perform other duties as required for sales. Position skill requirements: Friendly, outgoing, cheerful, professional, great verbal communication, with clear understanding when speaking. ability to operate the customer ordering and inventory system. Ability to communicate effectively with any and all business associates. Prolonged sitting and standing. Computer operations and phone calling. Ability to work a flexible schedule (M-F), with some half Saturdays during April and October. Educational and Experience requirements: High School Diploma, Solid computer skills with Gmail and Google Docs, Bilingual - Spanish is a plus, Minimum 2 years of customer service experience "preferred". Compensation: Full time, non-exempt position, starting salary will be based on agreed work schedule, experience and knowledge.
