HCR ManorCare, provider of a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy is seeking a National Sales Trainer for its home health, hospice and home I.V. therapy division.
The National Sales Trainer is responsible for providing field and corporate sales training, developing sales education materials, and assisting the Director of Sales Education with other hospice and home health care sales initiatives.
This position provides support to sales managers and operational staff with the goal to increase sales force effectiveness and employee retention.
Hospice, home health care or home I.V. therapy experience required; sales management experience a plus. 80% travel.

Educational Requirements:Master's degree preferredPosition Requirements:
Seven to ten years of sales experience with demonstrated presentation and training skills and experience in home health care or hospice industry required; five years of management responsibilities preferred; experience in curriculum development a plus.
Candidates may live anywhere within the continental US. Nationwide overnight travel up to 80% to include up to 25 states and the corporate office in Toledo, Ohio.
