Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse - (NICU RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $32.71 *
Our LifeFlight team is available to fly worldwide providing service primarily to South and Central America and the Caribbean. Our advanced life support equipment is highly advanced with direct air-to-ground communication system to coordinate the onboard team with the physicians at Miami Children's.
This role is perfect for passionate NICU caregivers who want to experience cutting edge technologies and top notch patient care models.

The role of the neonatal intensive care nurse (NICU nurse) is to provide direct and specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy. Working in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with doctors and other healthcare professionals, the NICU RNs assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care, including ventilators, incubators, or other special equipment or surgery.
Required Qualifications
NRP
ACLS,
FL Lic
1 year air transport experience
1 year level III NICU, 5 yrs total NICU
Preferred Qualifications
PICU, CVICU, ER experience is a bonus
Air medical core course
