Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $45.00-47.50 *
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Physical Therapsit to join the team. Therapist will treat an Adult/Geriatric population seeing approximately 5.5 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
· New Grads welcome
· Interested candidates does not required to have HH experience
· Exclusive/Preferred account
· Nationally recognized rehab company
· Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapsit and/or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
Additional Requirements/Information:
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier lifestyles. The settings worked in include:
Required Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of Homecare experience would be great!
Setting: 100% -Home Health -
Schedule: Mon- Friday, 1 saturday per month and 1 Sunday On Call shift. All travelers get a welcome package and DRIOD for electronic documentation.
Client request that anytime timeoff must be included in the INITIAL submission or HP could potentially not receive approval.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS Card required.
