Speech & Language Pathologist - Rehab - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $39.00-41.50 *
Acute Rehab hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join the team in their Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
-Interested candidates must have a year of general experience.
-Nationally recognized rehab hospital
-Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a SLP and/or registered as a Speech Language Pathologist per state requirements.
Speech/language pathologists work with patients who are suffering from, or are prone to, disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including:
Required Qualifications
-MA license
-Inpatient Rehab experience
