Randstad is recruiting for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to work with a small business in the Stockton area. This position will be responsible for answering phones, direct calls to appropriate persons, taking orders from clients over the phone with the ability to up sell. The ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Can be confident talking to customers about the products. This position will also create catalogs, direct/ email marketing and basic office duties. The ideal candidate would be someone that is willing to learn and want to take on more responsibilities, looking for someone to grow with the company.
Working hours: M-F 8-5
Customer service experience is a must
Inside or outside sales experience
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
