Retail Hours and Work Schedule

Our sales reps work with others to promote an environment offering 100% customer satisfaction.  Each rep works hard to meet sales goals while helping exceed customer expectations. 

 

Our retail store hours are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 10am-7pm, 7days a week, 363 days a year.  Work schedules do vary from week to week; some holidays may be required; and overtime is offered on a volunteer basis.

 

Retail Sales Representative Training

There is a paid training period that lasts 3 weeks.  (Monday – Friday 9a.m–6pm,)

 

Potential Candidates Must….

  • Have the ability to effectively assist customer
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, intense, and results-oriented environment that offers very little down time.
  • Be willing to learn and be responsible for a wide variety of product and service information and able to multi-task listening to the customer, sharing information, and selling our products and services.
  • Be able to remain up-to-date on products, services, and company in an ever-changing environment.
  • Have the ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively and efficiently handle this type of situation.          
  • Be able to work retail hours set by the Store Manager in a store that is open 7 days a week.

Role

As a Verizon Wireless Solution Specialist, you'll use your outstanding sales expertise, passion for VZW technology and customer interaction skills to create the ultimate in-store experience. As the driving force in building customer loyalty and growing our existing customer base, you'll deliver superior customer service and proactively contact existing customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services.

Responsibilities

With a rich understanding of VZW technology and services, you'll leverage this knowledge and expertise to:

• Analyze customer needs and present value-added solutions
• Inspire and excite customers about how our solutions can impact their lives
• Ensure that our customers leave our stores with the best solutions for their needs
• Deliver the best product set-up and coaching experience possible
• Provide our customers with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products and accessories they purchase so that they can immediately enjoy their new solutions
• Attend both formal and informal training to better understand our retail store operations and keep up with company, market, and industry trends
• Support daily business operations, including processing customer transactions and auditing cash receipts daily

Qualifications

Qualifications
Are you a good fit for the Solutions Specialist role? A 2-year degree, or at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, is required for this position. This position also requires flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends).

A four-year degree, 1+ years of experience with solutions-based selling in a commissions-based sales environment, and a demonstrated ability to drive sales results are strongly preferred.
