The Region Account Manager will drive sales by developing T-Mobile Retail Partner Accounts. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and improving the customer experience. This position is critical for increasing sales and driving Retail Partner relationships, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. It will have responsibility of one or more accounts within the Region. This sales leader will report to the Director of Accounts and have a close working relationship with the Market Directors of Field Sales and Managers of Business Development.The Region Account Manager will provide focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key initiatives such as increasing Per Store Activations year-over-year, providing leads to significantly increase Retail distribution, improving the Voice of the Customer quality scores, securing the distribution of new products, selling promotional offers, and other transformation initiatives. It will play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

    *Significant business analysis skills *5 - 8 years significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture *a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results *Bachelors degree in business or related field and/or equivalent education experience *Experience managing sales and operations for a $100M+ market unit or segment *in-depth retail experience *High School Diploma/GED.
