Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers - Full-time

Responsibilities:

Restaurant Managers have the responsibility for directing the operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
* Operational Management: production, preparation, inventory management, ordering supplies, overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
* Financial Management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits, achieving sales targets, up-selling, cash control, and administering payrolls
* People Management: motivating and encouraging team to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling, recruiting new talent and training and developing existing staff
* Customer Service: ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers in each interaction and following up on guest complaints
* Food Safety: working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* Proven track record of management and leadership skills
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation
* Strong problem solving and decision making skills
* Clean background check
* Valid driver's license
* Food safety certified
