IT Desktop Support Specialist
Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to work on its corporate staff in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is a regional staffing company with 30 offices in 10 states. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person to be part of a rapidly growing company.
Job requirements:
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Applications.
- Must be able to evaluate, prioritize and resolve incoming requests from users that are experiencing problems.
- Must be able to configure and set up Windows based computers
- Have a good working knowledge of Network troubleshooting.
- Able to write training materials for end users
- Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Sequel Server a plus.
- Some travel will be required.
- A minimum of a 2 year degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
- Help desk experience is desirable.
Compensation:
- Pay $15 to $19 per hour depending on education and experience
- Excellent benefit package includes:
