Customer Service Specialist

A busy and growing company in the distribution industry is seeking motivated and qualified individuals to add to their call center, and customer service team. The Supply Chain Coordinator Team is comprised of motivated, and goal oriented individuals that are enthusiastic about their role in the company, and that offer excellent and accurate customer support to clients. This team is responsible for the primary communications with clients and customers regarding orders, shipments, and overall service support.

The Customer Resolution Specialist requires excellent communication with customers and clients, including customer resolution, support, order processing and monitoring. This role will also work closely with the Sales team, brainstorming and implementing new sales tactics.

Working hours: Mon - Fri; Flexible

This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on employee performance, results, and overall adaptability. This company offers a flexible work schedule, including the option of evenings, as well as weekend days.
