The Lifestyle Consultant represents the first impression that our guests (clients) have when entering a Massage Heights. First impressions along with continuing outstanding customer service are the most important things we can offer.
The Lifestyle Consultant is a critical job within Massage Heights. Your main role is to ensure each of our guests has an excellent experience on each visit to our retreat. This requires you to be super friendly and outgoing as well as the ability to keep up in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, consistent customer service
- Selling Lifestyle Programs to our guests
- Answering the phones and booking guest appointments
- Ensuring the retreat runs smoothly by coordinating activities with Massage Therapists
Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience. Membership based sales (i.e. Gym memberships, massage memberships, other types of memberships) is a plus
- You have a friendly and outgoing personality
- You are mature in nature and work well with other people in a team environment
- You have a professional, neat and clean appearance
- Millennium Salon software experience is a big plus
