Use your sharp business skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, controlling and improving business processes by assisting in process design, project implementation for Improvement activities, diagnosing process improvement opportunities, and developing solutions using principles of Process excellence and related tools. Also assists in quality reporting, analysis, audits, and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
- End-to-end business process activities, such as creating, controlling and improving business processes.
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities.
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of Process excellence and related tools.
- Quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.
- May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.
- May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM Incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of previous experience gathering and documenting business requirements for systems or processes.
- 3+ years of previous experience with process Improvement and process documentation.
- Previous experience with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall or similar Project Management methodologies.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Visio.
Assets:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Previous Healthcare Industry experience.
- Previous experience with SQL.
