Field Maintenance Worker Needed!

LOCATION: Vancouver

SALARY: $12 - $13/hr DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you looking for a great opportunity to be involved in your local community? We are looking for a field maintenance worker to perform general landscaping duties, clean up brush, vegetation management, and watering and weeding as needed. This position involves working in all weather conditions, varied terrains, and exposure to chemicals, pollen, insects and bees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must have valid drivers license, provide a 3 year driving abstract and proof of auto insurance

-Plant identification (native and ornamental) experience preferred

-Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shift

-Comfortable working in remote settings

-Restoration planting experience

-Plant and landscape maintenance experience

-ATV and kayak experience

-Basic mechanical skills and computer/GPS experience is helpful

-Must be able to pass drug screen upon hire
