Available Positions with Great Pay and Benefits: *Property Manager - Previous experience is required. Yardi experience preferred. *Assistant Manager - Previous experience is required and bookkeeping experience is a must. *Leasing Consultant - Industry experience preferred, sales & customer service experience a plus, excellent people skills, aptitude to improve occupancy, excellent verbal & written skills and energetic. *Maintenance Supervisor - Previous experience in Multi-Family housing and preferred HVAC license and CPO. *Maintenance Assistant - Previous experience in Multi-Family housing and preferred HVAC license and CPO. *Make Ready Technician - Previous experience in Multi-Family unit preferred.
