POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Analyst, Sales Operations in the Commissions Operations Team works directly with front line Managers, Directors, and Executive level customers to resolve Commissions operations related issues for all Sales channels. This person uses knowledge from working with the Commissions Operations team, analyzing data, and partnering with peer groups to suggest and implement improvements to T-Mobile's delivery of compensation to our Sales force. The Analyst is accountable for maintaining a high level of customer service, increasing efficiencies, and driving continuous process improvement.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver compensation content and materials necessary to train and support field leadership and frontline employees.
  • Compile commission data, provide analysis to drive business improvements, and provide feedback on ways to improve processes within all sales channels.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for commission related projects, initiatives, and will assist with business requirements related to commission functionality. This includes supporting a project from infancy to deployment as it relates to operational supportability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Systems teams to understand basic Spiff and Contract set up process, known system issues, etc.
  • Participate in the development and testing of processes that impact commissions. Assist in ensuring appropriate training and communication is delivered to all sales groups, internal teams, and customer groups.
  • Provide Analytical support to Commissions Management Team and Program Managers on an ad-hoc, scheduled, and proactive basis.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Required:

  • 5-8 Years analytical experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • 2-3 Years Commissions work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skillsDesired:
  • SharePoint expertise

Minimum Required:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work history
